5 Payment Terms

Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once work has commenced, deposits are generally non-refundable. Please contact us to discuss any refund requests.
6 Intellectual Property Rights
Client Ownership
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project, excluding any pre-existing materials, third-party components, or our proprietary tools and frameworks.
Company Rights
We retain the right to use completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. We also retain ownership of our proprietary tools, code libraries, and development frameworks.
Third-Party Materials
Any third-party materials (stock photos, fonts, plugins, etc.) used in your project are subject to their respective licenses. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with these licenses.
7 Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, the services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Warranties regarding specific business outcomes or results
8 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AZH Solutions or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9 Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:
Client Termination
Client is responsible for payment of work completed up to termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.
Company Termination
We may terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
10 Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AZH Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
